The film revolves around gangs of Mumbai who have embraced the off as an art and a means of earning a living. They use their intelligence as a canvas and spontaneity as a brush to survive in this dangerous occupation.

Bhindi Baazaar Inc. is the story of a pawn and his movements calculated to reach the other end of the spectrum. Revolving around vicious crime syndicates, the film begins with a chess game played between two characters; ‘Shroff’and ‘Darzi. It highlights the ambitious measures and planned a pawn to reach the other end of the board. Every movement of theirs in the game is correlated with life in the real world and how people are used or killed as the game progresses.
The story is based on the quest for “Fateh” a pickpocket to small and its ambitions to become a MAMU (local donation). The scenario underscores the political grainy, the hierarchy is concerned, unwritten rules, official commissions, intelligence very fine, the cunning and treachery cold blood within the company.
